The Terms of Reference for the Procurement Framework Group are as follows:

The Procurement Framework Advisory Panel is responsible to the BPA PD&S Board. Its task is to develop a feasibility report, exploring the benefits and dis-benefits, identifying the risks and rewards, and with recommendations to the BPA Board on whether to proceed or not with the development of a procurement framework.
